Newsletter

Kit processes your email address and subscription preferences to deliver our newsletter. Kit also provides delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe reports. Opens can be affected by email privacy features. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell the subscriber list.

Signup happens through Kit’s form. We do not store your email address in this website’s code or send it to Google Analytics. See Kit’s privacy policy.

Optional website analytics

When enabled on our live site, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, referral sources, and clicks on newsletter, social, event, and sponsor links. It loads only if you choose “Allow analytics.” You can change that choice using the button below. Declining does not prevent you from reading the site or subscribing.

Analytics can use cookies and device information to estimate repeat visits and approximate geography. We disable advertising personalization and Google Signals. We do not send email addresses, form field contents, or arbitrary URL query values to our analytics reports. Your analytics choice is stored in your browser.

Google’s processing is described in Google’s privacy policy. Counts are approximate and may be affected by browser settings, blockers, and consent choices.

Hosting and links

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes connection information to deliver and protect the site. External links, including social media and event organizers, take you to services with their own privacy policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Submissions and questions

Send event details, corrections, or privacy requests through our Instagram page. Please do not send sensitive personal information. We review submissions before publication and do not automatically publish private contact details. Newsletter subscription records are managed in Kit; unsubscribe to stop future editions or contact us about deletion.
